*STEP
Warmfloor™ is a patented, strong, flexible, thin (1.2 mm or
3/64') plastics heating mat, which is made of an innovative
polymer blend that heats when electricity is passed through
the material.
STEP
Warmfloor ™ operates on low-voltage and is normally connected
to a 24-volt transformer.
It
can be used under almost any flooring even under wood.
Using
this heating system eliminates the need for a forced air furnace,
which blows dust and particles in the rooms.
Each
room can be individually controlled.
STEP
Warmfloor™ has the unique ability to self-regulate. As the
material gets warmer, less amount of electricity passes through
the plastic and therefore less heat is generated - extremely
energy efficient.
STEP
Warmfloor ™ is very easy to install. Cut the elements with
scissors to length, connect the wires and secure in position
on the floor.

Controls
The
STEP Warmfloor™ heating system can be used without control
since the elements are self-regulating and act as a sensor.
As the material gets warmer, less amount of electricity passes
through the plastic and therefore less heat is generated.
Possible
controls: On/Off switch. Dimmer, heavy duty, single pole,
designed for low-voltage, magnetic transformer. Choose a dimmer
size two (2) times larger than the capacity of the transformer.
 MICROREG,
a time-proportional controller with a cycle of 30 minutes.The
MRC is a time proportional controller and not connected to
a sensor or thermostat. You simply choose your desired comfort
setting.
